Terms of Use for Antivirus Magic Shield

🤝 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Antivirus Magic Shield mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). The App is developed, owned, and operated by EuroApp SIA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), registered in Riga, Latvia. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

📱 2. Description of Service

Antivirus Magic Shield is a premium, subscription-based mobile security application designed to detect malware, spyware, and other threats on Android devices. The core threat-detection functionality is powered by the Trustlook engine. The App does not contain third-party advertisements and requires an active subscription for access to its security features.

💳 3. Subscription, Free Trial, and Billing

The App is provided exclusively on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following billing terms:

• Free Trial: We offer a 3-day free trial for new users to test the App's features.
• Auto-Renewal: At the end of the 3-day free trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid, recurring subscription (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan selected) unless canceled.
• Billing Cycle: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management and Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Google Play Account Settings. Deleting the App from your device does not cancel your subscription.

💸 4. Refund Policy

Because all financial transactions, subscriptions, and billing are processed directly by the Google Play Store, all refunds are subject to Google Play’s standard refund policies.

EuroApp SIA does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must request it directly through Google Play Customer Support.

⚖️ 5. License and Acceptable Use

EuroApp SIA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial security purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to develop a competing product.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security features of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purpose.

⚠️ 6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• No 100% Guarantee: While Antivirus Magic Shield uses advanced scanning technologies, no security software can detect or prevent 100% of all malware, viruses, zero-day vulnerabilities, or digital threats.
• No Warranty: EuroApp SIA does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that it will detect every possible threat. You use the App at your own risk.

🛑 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall EuroApp SIA, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of data, files, or device integrity due to malware or viruses.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business interruption.
• Any damages resulting from your reliance on the App's scanning results.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the App exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

🔒 8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your data, including how we handle file scanning via the Trustlook engine and third-party SDKs, is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in that document.

🌍 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia (European Union), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Riga, Latvia.

🔄 10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect (e.g., via an in-app notification or update). By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
