EuroApp SIA ("we," "our," or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your data. This Privacy Policy governs your use of the Antivirus Magic Shield mobile application (the "App") designed for Android devices.

Antivirus Magic Shield is a subscription-based application that provides premium antivirus and device security services. The App does not display third-party advertisements. Access to the security features is provided exclusively to users with an active trial or paid subscription.

By using Antivirus Magic Shield, you agree to the collection, processing, and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

🛡️ 3. Core Permissions and Prominent Disclosure

To perform real-time security scans, detect threats, and protect your system integrity, Antivirus Magic Shield requires the following Android permissions in strict accordance with Google Play's Developer Program Policies:

All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE):

• Purpose: Required to scan your device's file storage for known malware, spyware, ransomware, and virus signatures.
• Scope: Used strictly for security scanning.
• Data Handling: Your personal files (photos, videos, personal documents) are NEVER uploaded, stored, or transferred to our servers or third parties.

Query All Packages (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES):

• Purpose: Reads the inventory of installed applications to evaluate threat levels.
• Scope: Verifies package names and cryptographic hashes against security databases to detect malicious applications.

⚙️ 4. Threat Detection Architecture (Trustlook Engine)

Antivirus Magic Shield uses the Trustlook security engine (https://www.trustlook.com/) for malware detection and threat analysis:

• Metadata Processing: When a scan occurs, the App does not transfer your actual files. Instead, it extracts and transmits non-identifiable technical metadata, such as cryptographic hashes (SHA-256/MD5), file signatures, and application package names to Trustlook cloud servers.
• Cloud Verdict: The Trustlook server compares these hashes against threat databases to return a security verdict (safe, suspicious, or malicious). This process does not create persistent user profiles.

💳 5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing Data

Antivirus Magic Shield operates on a subscription model:

• Google Play Billing: All financial transactions, payments, renewals, and cancellations are processed directly and securely by Google Play. We never collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or banking credentials.
• Apphud: We integrate Apphud to validate in-app subscription receipts, manage trial periods, and verify active entitlement access. Apphud receives anonymous transaction tokens and randomized user identifiers generated for your installation.

📊 6. Third-Party Services and Analytics

We do not serve third-party ads within the application. However, we utilize specialized SDKs for technical performance, crash reporting, subscription validation, and installation attribution:

• Apphud: For subscription state verification, receipt validation, and access entitlement management.
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google LLC): For crash reporting, app stability diagnostics, and monitoring feature performance.
• AppsFlyer: For installation attribution, campaign measurement, and fraud prevention (tracking which marketing campaign introduced the user to the app).
• Meta Analytics: For aggregate user acquisition attribution and marketing efficiency analysis.
• Trustlook Engine: Strictly for cloud-based threat intelligence and file hash scanning.

Note: You can control or reset your Google Advertising ID (GAID) at any time via your device settings: Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID / Delete advertising ID.

We retain analytical data and anonymized subscription records only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

Data Deletion Mechanism:

Under Google Play Data Safety guidelines and GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of all data associated with your installation or user account.

• How to submit a request: Email support@euroapp.live with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• Resolution: Upon receipt, we will permanently delete or anonymize all associated records across our systems and connected third-party platforms (Firebase, Apphud, AppsFlyer) within 30 days.

Because EuroApp SIA is incorporated in the European Union (Latvia), we process personal and technical data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) have the following rights:

• Right to Rectification: Request corrections to any inaccurate technical information.
• Right to Erasure: Request the complete deletion of your data.
• Right to Restrict Processing: Limit how your data is processed.
• Right to Data Portability: Obtain your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

🧸 9. Children's Privacy

Antivirus Magic Shield is intended solely for general audiences aged 13 and older (or 16 and older in relevant EEA jurisdictions). It is not directed at or designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with technical or personal data, please notify us at support@euroapp.live so we can remove it immediately.
